The restaurant could benefit from new management. I've heard troubling reports about how the manager treats the staff, contributing to a toxic environment. During my visit to the drive-thru, the manager referred to me as "delayed," which was quite unprofessional. It's evident that he needs to be replaced. View all feedback.
The chicken was dry, no utensils were provided, and the soda was completely flat without any ice. It was the worst $14 I have ever spent. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was for takeout and the price per person was between $10 and $20.
Recently, we purchased our final bucket of chicken from KFC only to find that they no longer use the 11 herbs and spices in their recipe. The crispy chicken skin was disappointingly bland. The service was satisfactory, and we opted for a takeout meal for lunch. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30. Overall, we rated the food quality as 1, service as 4, and the atmosphere as 4.
This has to be the worst place to eat in all of Gardner. At 1 PM, they had no chickens available. I've never had a positive experience there. I think the whole place should be torn down. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
