The restaurant only offers drive-thru service; there is no walk-up option. The only signage indicating this is on the walk-up window, which is only visible once you have walked to it. The website should be updated to clearly state drive-thru only. While the location is good, it is a missed opportunity for families and young people who might have wanted to walk in for ice cream.
