I just shouldn’t eat at IHOP anymore. Slow service, no customer service. Small stingy portions for waffle toppings. Even asked for a little extra and they came back with like a teaspoons worth. Chocolate cake is mass produced somewhere else. This one was clean and no weird smells. I was optimistic that it was a good one, but I was wrong. I should have gone somewhere else for a sweet craving. View all feedback.
