Hi FriendsSelf went for dinner on my anniversary really wrong choice by me.... unable to understand there logic on Buffet Buffet was having only 1 soup, 1 starter, 1 main course vegetable in veg & non veg & there were lot of variety in sweet dishes which are had 1-2 after dinner .... they keep less variety where required & keep more variety where not requiredSelf feel that its not having food which can be considered... I have dined here several times now and the food is always great. The restaurant has a la carte and has a great buffet option for Lunch & Dinner
The service by team waves especially Nupur Chanchal, both have been very warm and welcoming. The whole experience was fantastic only because of their hospitality and would love to visit again to Radisson hotel kandla. Good people to have as a part of your team !!
We dined at Waves for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by Miss Shivani. She thoroughly explained the quality and variety of food, including the dessert options. Her suggestions for starters were on point and she accurately described the flavors we could expect. Shivani treated us as a top priority, yet she efficiently managed all other guests with equal satisfaction. She is a valuable asset to any hotel chain and we look forward to returning to this property in the future for the exceptional hospitality and service. Our evening at Waves will always be remembered fondly.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good food. However, they could improve by adding more flavorful dishes that are tastier. The service is excellent and the staff are helpful.
