Located inside the W hotel on the 31st floor.We came for lunch without a reservation and was accommodated. We were given a window seat w a fantastic view of the bustling city. I couldn't complain. Service was subpar considering for a five star hotel. The foods were served too quickly that lead it to being cold. I asked them to slow it down but rather than communicating to the kitchen, they just left the food at the serving table waiting for our next dishes. The Peking duck was ok. I've had better.
