Oh my goodness! Rebecca is absolutely amazing. I posted on the cafe's Facebook page expressing how excited my partner and I were to eat at a vegan cafe on Inis Oirr. We told our AirBnB host that we were vegan and she replied, have you been to the vegan pop up I was sure she misunderstood what vegan meant. A vegan pop up on this quiet little island of 260 people?
