Stopped at KFC in window rock AZ I wanted the family size hotwings but they were sold out, so I ordered chicken strips instead then I was told there's a 4 min wait I didn't mind the wait. Turned out I waited 30 mins for my order I literally had to get out on my vehicle and walk to the drive up window and remind them I'm waiting. They didn't attempt to remedy the situation or offer me anything for my wait. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the type of service I
My family and I ate at KFC tonight, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The quality has really declined, likely due to inflation. I ordered drumsticks, but the chicken was so skinny there was barely any meat on them. I paid for a meal and received nearly inedible drumsticks. Additionally, the portion sizes are extremely small and not worth the price.
Me and the family ate at KFC tonight I would not recommend people to eat here it was horrible the inflation has hit this location I had drum sticks and it looks like they are only getting skinny chickens because there was no meat on this chickendrum I paid money for food and they gave me this drum with no meat on it intentionally and there individual sizes are sofreaking small not worth the money
I had to update my review. The chicken tastes good, but the portion sizes are disappointingly small. I can’t believe they consider those tiny pieces a full serving. It’s better to go somewhere else that offers a proper piece of chicken.
