**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience** This restaurant boasts prompt service and reasonable prices, particularly with its $5 drink refills. However, the dining area is in dire need of maintenance, with dirty tables, unclean floors, and overflowing trash bins leading to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere. Complaints include long wait times, particularly during busy hours, and a lack of effective customer service, exemplified by staffing issues and unhelpful management. While the recent updates to the location are visually appealing, patrons have expressed frustrations over mismanaged orders and inadequate follow-up, making it difficult to recommend this establishment for a satisfying dining experience.
It took over 30 minutes to receive my order, and then the cashier had an argument with me.
This is a wonderful restaurant, but I think the drinks served in bags would be better if they were offered in regular cups instead. I placed mine on my seat, and unfortunately, it spilled all over the car on the way home without me noticing. It was quite disappointing.
I will not be going back to this location! Shelby is obnoxiously rude and will not issue refund for THEIR mistake of double charge, supposedly a glitch on KFC end. General manager Donovan was NO help either. Managers lack customer service and needretraining! I provided bank statement print out at their request BUT still unable to issue refund. Asked for corporate and wastold to look on my receipt. Still waiting on a response from corporate.
I will not be returning to this location! Shelby was incredibly rude and refused to issue a refund for their mistake of double charging me, which they claimed was a glitch on KFC’s end. The general manager, Donovan, was no help either. The management clearly lacks customer service skills and needs retraining. I provided a bank statement printout when requested, but they still wouldn’t refund me. When I asked for corporate contact information, I was simply told to check my receipt. I am still waiting to hear back from corporate.
The chicken I received didn’t taste like authentic KFC chicken. I tried calling the restaurant back, but no one answered the phone. Warning: Don’t waste your time or money.
