What Anonym dislikes about Martucci:
We where here in for the first time. Everything was great. We got some really good food and very well represented and good value for money. This time on the other hand it was the absolute opposite. I ordered the surf n turf and the steak was running with fat all over the plate and the shrimps tasted old. We got mashed potato which tasted like powder. It’s sorry to see how low the standard has fallen. View all feedback.
We have them in funchal for a week. we have eaten twice in pizzeria and twice in restaurant, both fantastic eaten. the duck and the surf n turf in the restaurant were delicious. the pizzas were really authentic. many thanks for feeding us, can certainly come back!
Becoming my go to place for a simple, quality dine out, at exceptional value with Fork discounts. Has everything, good service and food for which we have paid a lot more for elsewhere. Would def recommend.

Previous experiences were the reasons we made a reservation to Restaurante Martucci and we were not disappointed. The surroundings are refined, the quality of dishes is high and the service is attentive with smiles. As starters we had Beef fillet carpaccio and Shrimp ravioli, which were very tasty. Our mains Sea bass fillet and Beef fillet in parmesan crust followed by Wild berries pannacotta and Apple tart. A special thanks also goes to the saxophone player, who played nice background music almost non stop for all our dinner time. A few days earlier we had visited Martucci Pizzeria, which is separated by a wall from Restaurante Martucci. We were a bit surprised to see the same personnal working in both places. As said in the beginning, Restaurante Martucci is a very refined place, so it was a bit surprising to notice that the napkins were made of some paper like materiel.
The restaurant is a small and smartly decorated area. There is a small outside seating are at the front of the restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food was well presented and very tasty. We will go back.
