we booked the premium package and we were treated like a license. the whole experience was amazing. that eat very delicious and beautiful. the flowers I was given before we left, managed to get them hone and look 1 week later as when I was given to them. our private trip around the lights of funchal was an additional bonus. we come back and recommend it to anyone who lives in maderia. What User dislikes about Do Forte:
After eating last year in forte and an excellent meal I had expected to have a similar experience while the service was pretty good, we were disappointed by the quality of the food. the tuna carpaccio starter, while beautifully presented on the plate was tasteless and our main courses duck and beef tornado were both hard. we shared a dessert that was excellent. Superb meal in evocative setting. Helpful staff went out of their way to cater for my wife’s dietary requirements and helpfully escorted us to our taxi with an umbrella during a sudden downpour! Meal was fantastic, service attentive, a very special evening.

Haut cuisine on budget! we had a great lunch for two in continuing. an exterior protected by, but with view, the huge atlantic roles in the harbour. stunning scene! go for the concerto especial (special concept) meal. see photo. 45 € it includes warm brot, three species of butter and a fine amuse bouche of curd cheese with passion fruitquenelle. then a starter for me the foie gras (including extra pate de fois gras mushroom for my companion, all with a beautiful Spanish cava. another amuse bouche from cocosnous sorbet. the mains of fillete de robalo (sea bass with black risotto) and an oktopus risotto. many white or red Portuguese alantejo wein. then we had a common pistachio cream brûlée and Portuguese cheese plate and coffee with a glass madeira wine. high quality food and good value for money! excellent service. toilets clean.
We had the food and wine combination. Great value good food and an obvious concern by management that we were happy with the service and food. All in all a great evening
