Love the idea of a local wing place, but I somehow stopped because they seem to be overcooked a lot of time. If the older guy is there (is the J? , then there is great. Otherwise they are good, but nothing special. View all feedback.
What D M doesn't like about J Wings:
There must be some new cooks at the Fultondale location. Ok, they have switched from normal size wings to baby chick wings. You have to order a 20 piece in order to get the feel of a 10 piece. The cooks once understood what “fried crispy” meant but not anymore. Wings were soft soggy. Paid $1.50 extra for Cajun ranch fries but there was hardly any ranch so I had to ask for extra.
