great stop for a warm bowl noodles after a long day sent to Fuji-san. beautiful, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. somewhat rustic in comparison to urban equivalents, but the quality remains excellent. it is worth visiting more than once, especially to taste seasonal food in different seasons. What User dislikes about Hoto Fudou:
Definitely interesting architecture and interesting design overall, but that’s it. Food is so so and service is horrible. Waitress we got was very rude and rushy. We did not enjoy the time there at all. There is also very long line to get in to. I understand that they are under stuffed but that’s not a good excuse for terrible rude service.
