Ordered 12 large pizzas and the large 10 person salad on 2/14/23 to be delivered at noon on 2/15/23. I called at 11:58am to check the status as noon is the lunch time here. Was informed that our order was ready but the delivery driver was not back from his last delivery yet and had reported he was having car issues.While I completely understand that things happen , it would have been nice to receive a phone call when... I have ALWAYS love iFratelli Pizza but not from this location today! I spent $85 in 3 pizzas to get home and all 3 had minimal pizza sauce, so bad that it absolutely effected the taste of all 3 of our pizzas! After getting home and researching to write a review this Frisco location isn't doing a good job and providing the quality of the name. Could it be the guy making the pizza?
