Chiloso Mexican Bistro - Frisco

What CPR 2 likes about Chiloso Mexican Bistro:
Incredible meats, toppings, chips salsas and sauces. I went pretty basic on a recent visit due to post surgery dietary restrictions, but the pork tacos white rice and guac stands completely on its own, even though their hot salsa is bonus and it's *actually* hot. This was my first time! I have to say I liked it, it was flavorful and the hot sauce was on point. The guy at the counter was super friendly. He knew the menu. So the only reason I can’t go five star is that the location isn’t clean, and the rice had lots of grains that were hard.
