Earlier this year I was in Restaurant Schild in Friebourg so for a change my daughter and I tried Le Sauvage but when we walked in it was as if Schild had moved and indeed it had. Same staff, manager and chef. Delighted to report though that the food and service are both still first class. Well wort a visit. View all feedback.
