I had a tasty steak tartare. But quite a lot toasts were burnt and black. Just turning the black side down, doesn't make it any better. You think this can happen? Well if you order some more and the result is still the same... Also my friends Cordon Bleu was for too long in the pan. Not my first choice on my next visit to Fribourg.
