in principle, I would recommend the hotel to the old town. disturbingly, I found the location to the street in the morning loud cars and the church bells have cleaned for every hour. therefore the night was not very relaxing. the room itself was quite small but sufficient. the shower could be either ice-cold or brothing hot.
