Don’t you know what you’re doing? The restaurant has changed its name and is called Quai Ouest. 2 hours waiting to eat, cold pasta, scalope milanaise tasteless, mediocre service (not the fault of the waiters that are overwhelmed the poor, poor management of the room and dishes.
