this pizza is something unique. it has a super crispy crust that can be a challenge to chew and will give her kiefer muscles a training. it is usually a white pizza with a spooned sauce on the cheese. Finally, it has an excess of mais flour on the bottom of the crust. I liked it very much. will they? View all feedback.

It says dine in, but there is no dine in option. Needs to update so people don’t get disappointed by that surprise. I understand why there isn’t, but it’s frustrating when we checked to see if there was dine in prior to making the long drive View all feedback.

Pizza is good. Especially Mashed Potato Bacon Scallion. Service and care for customer is non-existent. Ordered three small pizzas. For $55 none the less !!!!! The girl answering the phone kept putting me on hold in middle of taking my order and I just knew she was not paying attention. I clarified with her on what I wanted. My wife goes and picks up pizza and they sent home one that I did not order leaving out one I wanted. It was an expensive pizza for a small as it is and a 30 minute drive each way so no, I'm not driving all the way back because YOU screwed up and didn't care enough about your customer to listen to the order and get it right. Said manager would call me because I asked for a refund on the missing pizza. the wrong one they sent was a pizza i do not like at all otherwise I would just have grumpily eaten it). Manager NEVER gave the courtesy of a single call back. I called them again the next day. Was told AGAIN manager would call me. Yeah that NEVER happened. Will NEVER buy another Ottos product ever again. Extremely **** poor to not even call your customer back after they gave you money for a product that YOU got wrong. Clearly don't care. At all. Pizza itself is good for most part when they get it right however they are awful thin and light on toppings. Especially for a company that is one of the most expensive small pizzas in the entire region. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Look at my reviews. I'm not a complainer and generally only post when it's positive. This place....yeah.....start caring about your customers or you won't have any.

We LOVE Otto's and I was saddened absolutely appalled to find a hair in my pizza as I was eating it. If we didn't order delivery, I would have asked for a refund asap. So gross. This was Yarmouth Location fyi.
