7 years ago. I was so mad of two workers in dunkin. These are like Pakistani or Arabic or Indian I can’t tell but these are from the Middle East or India. I remember I ask them for 5 bagels with cream cheese and my grandpa wants a bagel too so I told them you can add one more bagel. After that we have 1 bagel and we waited for 5 more bagels and the dude makes the bagels was scream in rudeness like (YES WHATS THE PROBLEM, TALK TO THE CASHIER) like what’s his problem. And we went to the cashier and he told me I ask for 1 bagel and I said no I said 5 bagels and add one more bagels, I didn’t say 1 and then we go pay again for 5 bagels. So we never go back to that place ever again and we got to drive to a different dunkin. But that place these guys got to clean their ears and understand the words I’m saying.

So been working next to think dunkin for about to be 6 months and I enjoy dunkin but the food and the coffee 99% of the time is messed up. It could be from burnt bagels to absolutely no cream cheese on the bagel to Boston cream donut with barely cream. I order the same coffee at every dunkin but this dunkin the coffee taste horrible and today the coffe was not drinkable it tasted old. I’m still giving it a two star just cause I never had an issue with the staff and one time that gave me a order I enjoyed. And it’s a shame really cause it’s a a one minute walk from me but I’d rather go to the dunkin that’s a five minute drive away.
I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on a Sunday afternoon. Upon entering, I noticed that there was only one employee working and she was assisting a single customer, with no one else in the store. Unsure of which register to approach, I stood nearby the customer being helped to indicate that I was waiting. However, the employee did not acknowledge me and continued to wear her airpods. After a few minutes, another customer entered and went to the register to place an order. I walked over to that register in hopes of being assisted. When the other customer tried to place an order before me, I informed her that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes. The employee then mentioned that she was unsure of who arrived first but said to the other customer, "You're a regular, let me handle this customer first and you can provide your order afterward." The lack of acknowledgment, confusion over who arrived first, and favoritism towards a regular customer left me feeling disappointed. If the employee had not been distracted by her headphones and paid attention to her surroundings, she would have noticed me patiently waiting. I do not frequent this location often, usually opting for the Sunrise branch, but after this experience, I do not intend to return to this establishment.
The 2 young guys at the front are always so pleasant. The donuts, bagels, etc. are good. They listen when asked to make a drink a certain way, and they don't get an attitude about it. I've only had good experiences the times I've visited this location.
