We picked up two takeout meals this evening and arrived just five minutes from home. Upon opening the plastic bag, we found our meals served on bare cardboard and cold. While the food was well-cooked and tasted excellent, we were disappointed by the temperature. If you could improve your containers and ensure the food stays hot, we might consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service just isn't acceptable. It seems our meals were prepared long before the time we were given for pickup. Other restaurants manage to serve hot takeout, so we hope you can enhance your service as well.
