I feel really bad for one of the young ladies working there. It seems like only she knows what's going on, while three other employees at the register just stand there, staring blankly. Whenever there's an issue, she quickly steps in and resolves it in no time. Meanwhile, those same three employees decided it was a great moment to have their own conversation, completely disregarding her efforts. View all feedback.
I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not adhere to its published hours. When I arrived, the manager was sitting at the counter with the store closed, refusing to provide us with food service during posted operating hours. I specifically drove across the city to support this business, only to be treated poorly. Eventually, we decided to take our money elsewhere and won't be returning, as I don't want to waste another trip on such rude behavior and disregard for advertised hours. It's Friday, and it seems the manager prioritized personal reasons over business, costing herself revenue by closing early. I'm also curious who authorized her to shut down before the official closing time and deny us service. The entire experience reflected poorly on the establishment and left a bad impression.

I truly believe that when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer’s day special, it deserves recognition. This young man shows great promise as a team member and should definitely be acknowledged for his efforts.

It was really bad my sandwich was made uncorrected as a girl with pink highlights in her hair I was not allowed to have made my sandwich new. at which point I asked for a refund and she refused, so I told her I called the bulls to steal and then she sandwiched with me and I got mayo and cheese on my white smoking
