I visited this restaurant for the first time today with my sisters, and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back again!
Seriously, if you want to start you day off with someone being rude and hostile to you when you are polite to them... go here. That's all I can say.
Hate to say this cause we love Panera bread but this one is the worst location the management is rude like really rude they talk to you like trash I had two cookies left out n Dee who claims she's a manager was the rudest person I may have ever spoken too n was only to say we didn't receive our cookies I'm still in a bit of shock to be honest we visit Panera almost every day but I think I'm done rap at this location I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to work here if that is there manager she does not care like I had two cookies left out that is all n she was so mad ,,, I don't even want the cookies but I just want ppl to be aware go somewhere else we're u will be treated descent There is a Panera on the next exit go there the staff is so kind!
I share the same sentiments as previous reviewers. The situation here is quite unfortunate, and I believe the manager clearly dislikes her job and is not suited for this role. She is a discredit to the establishment, and it would be best for the restaurant to replace her with someone who possesses better interpersonal skills. While I don't recall her name, she has curly hair and wears glasses. My experience at this Panera was unlike any other; the treatment I received was truly disappointing. I feel sorry for both the customers and the staff who have to deal with her. Improved management could make a significant difference for everyone involved. Additionally, it's important for staff to understand that it's inappropriate to suggest someone left the premises for simply asking to speak to a manager.
