Was Shelly McGinnis at Hero's a mag?
We finally visited Hero's on TJ Drive, thanks to many recommendations from a local Facebook group about restaurants! After admiring all the photos shared by our neighbors, we decided to give it a try. The hardest part was waiting to eat while I took pictures! We ordered The Milan, Fettuccine Alfredo with Italian sausage (as requested), and the hot wings. Absolutely delicious—highly recommended! View all feedback.

I used to really enjoy Hero's; the food was consistently great. However, in my last four orders, the quality has declined, and they've even forgotten items. Most recently, I ordered a pizza with a couple of sides, and they forgot the pizza entirely. I won't be ordering again. View all feedback.
If you drive for food delivery services, this is the worst place to pick up. They can make you wait for more than 30 minutes when they told you that you will wait for 10 minutes.
Food is amazing! Service was wonderful and staff was very friendly. Didn’t wait long. Went for a birthday dinner and everyone had a great experience. Highly recommend and food options are terrific!
Will never go again. Waited over an hour for a cold sub and fry order. Once an hour had passed, I asked for a refund. No one knew how to do the refund...the girl at the counter nor the manager. The order finally came out as I was trying to cancel and get the refund. When I finally went to eat it, there was barely any meat on the sub, no dressing and was pretty much just bread. Very disappointed in my first time trying this restaurant.
We ordered the Milan sandwich, the chicken Brunello and a side of fries. The Milan sandwich was very dry and was not very meaty even though the description listed multiple meats. The chicken Brunello was supposed to come with a salad (a ceasar wasordered) and it was not included in our order. The chicken was extremely dry and there was very little sauce to counteract it. The fries and sauce were ok. But we will not be ordering again.
I had a cheeseburger today. I arrived at 11:40 place dark no one in front. My cheeseburger not on menu. Not cooked right had to find server. Not cooked right second time. She never checked. Ate and left I have never been treated so rudely. Server was Normawhat has happened? Used to be a good place to go.
