Usually I have great experiences at this ritters. Tonight, not so great. I ordered our usual. Got my brownie sundae. The brownie was extremely hard and the sundae had barely any fudge. I walked up to the window and was greeted by the young man who said “oh we are not allowed to remake it. I can give you a new brownie” I didn’t want a new brownie.
