Das Nomu ist eine kleine, feine Sushi Location im Herzen von Frankfurt und bietet sehr hervorragende und frische Qualität. Mir hat besonders der Sashimi Salat gefallen und Uni, was eher selten auf Sushi Speisekarten in Deutschland zu finden ist. Der Service ist freundlich. Die Bar ist sehr klein und die Lage OK. Preise im oberen Mittelfeld und angesichts der bestenfalls mittelmäßigen Einrichtung und Atmosphäre (in einer kleinen Passage) allenfalls bei den Mittagstischoptionen zu rechtfertigen.
