Awesomeness....totally spilled a grande IIced latte (with an extra shot) down my leg and foot, etc.. The Mgr on duty comped me a new beverage AND proactively offered me a wet towel to clean myself up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....THANK YOU!!!! View all feedback.
What Noneyah Bzness doesn't like about Starbucks:
They have a great staff but their whole online system was out and it took 15 minutes to wait in line and reorder my food. I know it's not their fault but time is money. Not even a discount. View all feedback.
