This restaurant is one of my top choices for dining out. The service is very friendly and the steaks are the best around. The portions are also a good size. Overall, I would rate the service, food, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. The price per person for dinner is between $30 and $50. There is plenty of parking available, including free street parking.
This is our go-to spot for Thursday Date Nights. We absolutely adore the food here. The service is top-notch, with a meal type of dinner. The price per person usually falls in the $10 to $20 range. We rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. Highly recommend trying the Messy Burger and Curly Fries.

Great service and food a must have if your driving through southwest Kansas and want great grilled chicken flour tacos I'm told they have the best steak in kansas I just can't eat red meats so I'm thankful they have food I can eat on a diet. I also hear people say how much the cost is for a steak but for what you get at medranos is way cheaper and better than anywhere else in southwest kansas even the grocery stores charge more for steak uncooked so can't blame a restaurant for raising prices because they are forced to or close the doors and it's the only place for us people in western ks to have a meal out or drive 40 miles to dodge city 1 way for more expensive steaks and so if you a penny pincher good luck finding this great of steak anywhere else.
