I bought a whole beef from Nick in November and was assured it was grain-finished. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ended up discarding over 100 pounds of steak and brisket because it was inedible. The flavor was terrible; I've tried six different steaks and a brisket, and all of them had a very gamey taste. Claiming to be Black-owned, but after some investigation, it turns out that it isn't Black-owned at all.
