The meat was fried just how I like it, and the taste, texture, and appearance were all surprisingly good. Most awful experience at Arby's I've ever had! Line moved slower than molasses, didn't have my order right, drinks were wrong, and forgot my fries in the Drive-Thru. Went into the lobby but the lobby was closed so pulled back up to drop the window to inform them and they wanted me to go through the line again that took 45 minutes to get my fries!
