This was my fist time ever having Wing Stop. The wings and fries were delicious. I definitely recommend!
I visited this restaurant and encountered advertisements for items that were not actually available, as well as a female employee at the front desk named Paradise who was extremely difficult and disrespectful. I would not recommend going to this restaurant if you encounter this employee, as it will likely make your experience unpleasant.
The service at this restaurant was not great. The staff seemed slow and unmotivated. Despite this, my food came out before a guy who had ordered online before I arrived. The biggest red flag was the employee watching television and not acknowledging my presence. I assumed he was not the one in charge of taking orders. The staff seemed unorganized and I waited around for 30 minutes. This may have been why some of the dishes were soggy. Overall, I have concerns about the future of this restaurant.
I absolutely love this wingstop! The young lady Jessica was so nice and friendly that I had to ask her name. You could tell she was working so hard...she was moving fastly everywhere helping everyone! I love the teamwork this location has! That is whatmakes their food so delicious which it most certainly was!!
It's not like it's even a 1 time thing. Its happened probably the last few times I've ordered from here they tell you a time and you get there and then they start making your food ? Told me 442 pick up time been here since 440 and I'm still waiting. Worstservice 100
