The donuts are excellent....the customer service however is very iffy. I live in SW side of town....my significant other and I frequent the establishment. When he goes they off him a free coffee very welcoming and chatty...in all the years I have been never offered a free coffee. they just get me in and out...even if I'm at the counter with another while paying at the other cash register they will ask them about a fr...
