Chopped Sirloin

Topped with crabmeat. Gournay cheese sauce, mashed potatoes and veg Du jour. Aged in-house 45 days before serving.

Pork Tenderloin

Sauteed and topped with a port wine syrup served with garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized onions sauteed spinach.
