In the midst of a pandemic, if nothing goes as planned, my favorite bakery went out of business, it was my birthday and all my birthday plans were out of the window, because the city is protected in place everything I wanted was a gluten-free coconut cake and hoped for the best for a delivered (goldbelly) cake.
