The hidden gem of Colorado, well now it is since they relocated lol. I love this place and being Asian it 's hard to eat at some of these other places. But Right now I have my top 3 go-to spots for Asian food. East Moon is definitely in there. I 'm not big on sushi. I had that growing up as child, like everyday. I spent like $30 on the moon chicken plate when you hear chicken you think sliced chicken or something. Nope ! You get ground chicken from a can! With some vegetables of course ! If I wanted this meal I would've watched a pioneer woman episode of her trying to create Asian food ! It's like I spent all that money for a gym bros meal prep it looks like dog food !
