What Jaren Tremblay doesn't like about A&w:
I ordered a cheeseburger and a shake at the drive-thru. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my fresh burger. When I finally received my order and drove away to eat, I discovered that there was no burger—just the rolls and pickles. I returned to the restaurant, but the young staff found the situation mostly amusing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the poor service. View all feedback.
