The only thing with the service is that it was kiosk ordering. There was a nice lady who asked if we needed any help and wished us a good day on the way out. The food was delicious and the shakes were bangin'. We had cotton candy, chocolate Reese's, kit Kat, and mint Oreo and all were great. View all feedback.

This is not about this location in particular. I've been eating at Steak Shake for like 60 years, and for the last 30 would go with my family every time I was in town. This visit, the first in 7 years, I found that whoever owns the chain now has wrecked it. No more table service. No more of their iconic hot pepper sauce for the chili.
