There was a small misunderstanding, but it was resolved quickly and smoothly. The woman who took our order was new, but she did her best and was consistently friendly, making sure to double-check our order. The food was fresh, and the fries didn’t taste like they were cooked in old oil. I ordered the ****, which was only a dollar, and the portion size was much larger than what you get at MD's. An older African American woman attended to our table, and if I caught her name correctly, she was delightful and personable. Her upselling skills were quite noticeable, and my husband eagerly accepted all of her suggestions. It was amusing to witness just how effectively she sold her recommendations—LOL! The food arrived hot, fresh, and in perfect portions, with just the right amount of spices. The flavors were lively without being overwhelming, making for a truly enjoyable meal. We definitely plan to return in the future.
I just wanted to share that I visited the restaurant yesterday at noon, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They were very polite and handled our orders and food delivery quickly. I was genuinely impressed!
Had a really amazing experience here. The lady who was so sweet and funny. Because of her, I definitely go back. The prices are good.
Food is on par for a Burger King. The staff was ok. More talking to each other than the customers. They were nice when talked to. My order came out correct and quick. For a slow time of day, the dinning room was pretty messy.
