Awful experience. I can see why this place rates so badly. Waited for 45 minutes (I just checked, it was even longer than I realised), watched everyone around us eat only to be told that they lost our docket and we weren't getting food. The service is atrocious too the girl didn't even offer so much as an apology. What an absolute joke. So angry. My family was so hungry they ordered again, the chips were greasy and d...
