I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled us thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it. View all feedback.

Will not come back here EVER! This is the first Starbucks that has ever told me they can't do no ice in a drink!! When I have to drive an hour to get home I do not like a watered down drink.
