The chef who previously used overwhelming sauces in nearly every curry has been replaced, and now the dishes are well-cooked and enjoyable. I loved my meal. Always a good evening at the Ghandi. My only comment we are very regular visitors is that it is noticeable that the meat content in each dish that I have had over the past several months is decreasing. A lamb meal curry 6 24 months ago was...always notably good for meat content…..this has reduced significantly maybe since C19 began? .
