I haven't visited this restaurant since before COVID, but from what I recall, the quality has significantly declined. The prime rib was poorly prepared, with a large amount of fat and overly drowned in au jus—so much so that I had to ask for it to be taken back and drained. As someone whose family has lived in Sidney for over 110 years, I cannot support the owner of this establishment. They maintain poor relationships with their employees and do not tip the kitchen staff. I would never leave a tip here, as the tips are not shared among all workers.
