As a single mother, I found the service at this restaurant to be quite disappointing. Apologizing to a woman who was in tears is simply unacceptable. While the manager may feel proud of how he handled the situation, our group of 25 loyal patrons, who have supported this bar for over a decade, strongly disagrees.
