Was mcclane ward at Taco Bell a mag?
I went there several times. There has been one gentleman working the counter and he is off charts with knowledge and courtesy. Also the food was prepared very well. Walked in to place a dine in order. Several guys in the back working drive thru. Looked right at me but no one came to take my order. Stood there for 5 minutes. Mentioned it to an employee who was outside cleaning the sidewalk and he just grunted. Service is never stellar, but I have never been ignored. Typically go there once a week, but no more. I wish I could give 0 stars. Where do I begin, the employees were extremely rude and lied about being closed at 9PM when the doors were open. Followed by misleading me to the drivethru. When I got to the drive thru I was asked for my order and then cut off by the same worker that lied in the past, saying “we are closed not taking orders” very lazy and unprofessional. Food was perfect, service was amazing, even had a woman pray with us. One of the workers came by and gave us some mcnuggets for whatever reason, but I won't complain with free food.
