all staff is very pleasant. very clean rooms. very good bedding, however, too much carpet (bedrooms and corridors). location impecc to visit carcassonne and surroundings. heated pool. redhibitory point: we had reserved a family room that was under the roofs in what seems to be a continuation of the main building, and our window was facing. walls in quinconce!! for one night still passes but we were there for nights....
