This location is located in the food court of McLeod Hospital. And I have to say it is a godsend when you are in need of something soothing or a quick snack because the cafeteria food is overpriced and unhealthy. I tend to use this Starbucks when it is necessary to spend hours at this hospital. My go to is a hot tea with lemon or in warmer weather a Passionfruit iced tea. If I could, I would give them a 0 star. For the past couple of weeks this location is not able to serve hot drinks. When asked to leave my coffee at room temperature and no ice, a staff told cashier charge her double, we don 't have time for that .
