My wife and I have been eating at Chen’s for years now and it’s always very fresh food served with great pride and customer service is top notch. What Ellen doesn't like about Chens Family Dish:
What is mu shu without the thin pancakes and hoisin sauce? Not much fun, that’s what. Sadly, that’s what was left out of our take out order. The veg and shrimp were fine though. I would advise against anything breaded/battered. Zero seasoning with too much, slightly underdone batter. White rice was dry, as was the bbq pork.
