Made the mistake of placing an order without logging in. 90 mins later no order and just eats call centre people said call back in 10 mins (waited about 30 mins for them to pick up). when I logged in it said Haruns was not accepting orders, so I dont know if I have paid or not!!!. No facility via the webpage to trace or track the order by order number... pretty poor and still waiting. View all feedback.
