Night crew fluctuates between good and terrible, mostly terrible. Went through the drive thru order seemed okay till I looked in the bag and they forgot food then accusing me of being dishonest by not having it then tried returned the order after that got accused of not giving the whole meal back but the little girl didn?t look in the bag clear enough then the ?shift lead? just told me ? you?ll be refunded? and close... Dinner for the family tonight. I got home the receipt was right, but nothing was in my pocket, I didn't call a reply several times when I finally got someone on the phone she told her manager that I had to talk to her. After 5 minutes of hearing how they cut open, I play with each other!! All my food in the bag (i live 5 minutes away) was soggy when we got it home. This is pathetic! View all feedback.
