Travel with Bilal through North Africa and the Middle East We have eaten at the restaurant a few times and it has been a fantastic experience every time. Bilal is a master chef who translates his life story and experiences into dishes. Bilal chooses original local dishes for inspiration and supplements them with his feelings and experiences. This makes the experience both authentic and pleasantly surprising. Bilal tells the story of each dish and when you taste it, you understand exactly what he means. Naturally, the dishes are made from fresh ingredients, lovingly and patiently prepared, so that you can enjoy the best results. In this restaurant you take the time to enjoy your table companions, the atmosphere and the food. We always let Bilal go completely free, we indicate the number of courses and leave it to the chef to surprise us. Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Laymous, a culinary gem that stands out with Arabic influences and a high-end approach. The chef of Laymous is clearly a master of his profession. His experience in star restaurants is noticeable in every detail, from the presentation to the refined flavors of the dishes. The menu offered a wide range of dishes that honored the rich and varied culinary traditions of Arabic cuisine, while also giving them a modern twist that took them to the next level. Laymous undeniably shows a lot of potential and is recommended for anyone looking for a refined culinary experience with a touch of Arabic flair. Had a fantastic evening here. Nice atmosphere, excellent service and delicious (light) dishes. Indeed an asset to Lelystad. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegetarian. The owner makes an inventory of any allergies and discusses the composition in advance. Dietary restrictions: You will be asked in advance if there are any dietary requirements. Parking: Ample parking close by. Free on Sundays and weekdays after 6:00 PM. On Thursday (shopping evening) from 9:00 PM.
